Every high quality ingredient in our Canis Complete and Felis Complete diet is thoughtfully sourced from human-grade Canadian suppliers. Our meals are manufactured with the same natural ingredients found in your food, and are hormone, antibiotic, and GMO-free. We strongly believe that delicious, nutrient-rich pet food begins with raw meats, fruits, and vegetables – minimally processed in order to deliver the highest bioavailability.

 

UNCOMPROMISING PROCESS

We’re dedicated to safeguarding the food we offer your pets. You can feel good about what you’re feeding your pet, knowing that NextGen Raw’s diets are rigorously formulated and crafted with care in a Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) - inspected facility. Our raw materials arrive in temperature-controlled delivery trucks and our manufacturing rooms are held at 4°C to maintain freshness and prevent pathogen risk. Meals are created in small-batches and immediately frozen in vacuum-sealed bags to ensure minimal nutrient degradation. We will never compromise on the safety or quality of your pet’s food.

 

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

NextGen Raw is committed to reducing our environmental impact. Your pet’s food will arrive in fully recyclable, insulated packaging. The cardboard box, insulation liner, and bags are made of recycled materials and are entirely recyclable. The solution in the ice packs is water. Place them in your freezer for future uses, or snip off the ends and pour it into the sink. You'll be left with the plastic wrapping that is recyclable. Nothing in your NextGen Raw delivery needs to end up in the landfill.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, kindly email us for a full refund or an exchange for another product. 

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot ensure safe handling once the items have left our premises, therefore we will not ask that you return any items that you are refunded.
