Delivery & Pickup

We currently offer free local pickup at certain addresses as well as delivery to limited addresses. We will be expanding our pickup locations and delivery area as we grow.

 

We have 3 options to choose from:

  1. Local Delivery (10km radius of St. James Park)
  2. Shipping (outside of Local area but within GTA)
  3. Local Pickup (curbside at 120 Lombard Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 3H5)

**We currently do not deliver outside of the GTA**

 

 

1) Local Delivery:

Our current local delivery area extends to a 10 km radius from

St. James Park, 120 King St E, Toronto, ON M5C 1G6, Canada.

If you are outside of this area, please select the "Shipping" option in your shopping cart

Our Local Delivery fees are as follows:

*All amounts are before taxes*

  • Orders up to $49.99 - delivery fee is $5
  • Orders of $50 or more - free delivery

 

 

2) Shipping (outside of Local Area but within GTA):

Our Shipping Rates within the GTA are as follows:

*All amounts are before taxes*

  • Minimum order of $50
  • Standard shipping (3 to 9 business days) is $10.00
  • Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) is $20
  • Orders over $100 receive free Standard shipping

 

Frozen items

Please ensure someone is home to receive the order as items need to be kept frozen. Please leave your cell phone number in the notes section of your order so our driver can be in touch with you. An email/text will be sent giving you an estimate of delivery date/time.

For non-frozen item, if someone is not home upon delivery, items will be left at your door.

If you have any special requirements or requests please put them in the notes of your order.

If you are paying by cash please have it available upon delivery.

 

3) Local pickup:

Orders are usually processed and available within 1 - 4 hours. An email will be sent once your order is ready.

For local pickup we ask that you please bring your own bags as we are an eco-friendly company and would like to reduce waste where possible.

If you are paying by cash please have it available upon pickup.
